The Arcanum Revelation is a gothic fantasy and historical fiction universe created by Indonesian author Keefe R.D. Set against a backdrop of dense esoteric philosophy and ancient, multi-generational conspiracies among the noble houses and their secret society of the Royal Council. The planned seven-book saga is distributed globally via Golden Arch Books. The series currently includes the titles Royal Arcanum, Roses Bones, and Recrudescence.

Background Lore
The lore centers on Vesperia, an ancient European lineage of the Western Roman Empire that collapsed approximately four thousand years ago during a chaotic period that erased the trace of their last bloodline. According to the mythos, an archangel from the Chandelier Order brought a gift of sacred divine wisdom, intermittently refers as the Royal Arcanum, from heaven to Earth's imperial lineage of Vesperia. A fragment of this lost knowledge is believed to be contained within Roses Bones, a mysterious wooden chest filled with ancient papyrus papers hinting the secrets to heavenly power and immortality.
The scattered Vesperian legacies continued to be hunted in the modern era, where the Royal Council, a multi-generational secret society comprised of prominent noble houses, are consumed by worldly ambitions to gain absolute power. Unbeknownst to them, Chandelier Order's celestial Watchers operate from the shadows, guarding the preservation of God's divine destiny.

Set in a different scenario than the main editions (reimagined) that has a fast pace and rich insight into the world of the Royal Arcanum. The alternate stories are focusing more on the main character’s school era, slow pace. Things are much different from the reimagined that is more gothic and has a mature feel to the way the storytelling is established.

Book 1 - Royal Arcanum
18-year-old Cathy Charlotte somehow has a soul connection to the ancient Vesperian legend. Not that she knows, until Sylvia Elle, an angel in disguised came to reveal the secret, that Cathy is born from the mother who inherits an Italian royal bloodline.
One day, Cathy is astonished to know that her mom is part of the frightening secret fraternity. Her mom doesn't want her to get involved. But the more Cathy is being pushed away, the more she demands the truth.
The fraternity is seeking mysterious knowledge from the Vesperian legend. Whoever possesses it can empower the world. And they deeply believe in the old prophecy; “the one inherits the soul, the one holds the knowledge.”
Once the mystery reveals, Cathy terrifies. Before anyone finds out what she knows, Cathy must save herself and her family from the wicked chaos.
Book 2 - Roses Bones
Finding the truth is the farthest thing to ever be wished for. But for Cathy Charlotte, her strong will won’t cease. She only wishes to save her family from the distress that may await. But all the intricacy just adds another layer to her greatest fear.
The red card. The threat. The odds against Royal Council. As it all shows up, her devastation just feels so enormous to endure. Are all of this just a game to these noble people?
That’s until she hears they’re looking for something unimaginable; Roses Bones. A secret knowledge that once descended from the Vesperian legend. The myth of an ancient chest that came from the hands of an archangel. It fills with clues of things those royals are greedy for.
If it will be the means to find peace, she has to find it. Even to trespass the farthest mountain, worth nothing but her tenacity. But for one muddle after another keeps stumbling her way, will Cathy be able to find what she’s looking for?
Book 3 - Recrudescence
Cathy dreams of a man with ivory wings and a series of horrifying visions that shudders her heart. She demands to know the truth; The boy with golden locks. The pocket watch. The missing key of Trux. Will these visceral clues lead her to uncover her mother’s deed against the Royal Council?
Her days begin arduously as she becomes entangled in the secret society, enduring derision and judgment from the nobles. Of all their Machiavellian pursuits, the nobles wager on immortality, defying God’s law as their mad genius embarks upon the resurrection of metempsychosis. As Cathy learns, she watches only from the sidelines. Yet, through it all, the world of ancient history awaits her discovery.
She imposes herself to journey overseas, to Florence, searching for inscriptions in a remote land where inscrutable things are concealed. She has prepared for the worst and best of all. Ultimately, it is her strong perseverance that drives her to decipher the divine truth.
